Hi, I'm Ryan

About Ryan Blue

My passion is empowering individuals on their journey toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

For as long as I can remember, my passion has been to empower individuals on their journey toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. This vision is no longer just a dream it’s my reality, and I’m excited to share it with you.

Navigating My Own Path

Over the past decade, I’ve navigated my own path of self-discovery and learned the importance of prioritizing myself a lesson that so many of us overlook. We’re often conditioned to put others first, but I believe the true path to healing and growth starts with honoring ourselves. Prioritizing yourself isn’t selfish; it’s an act of selflessness that makes you better equipped to show up for others.

My Goal

As your coach, my goal is to guide you with compassion and support. Together, we will create a sacred space for you to reconnect with your true self and unlock your full potential. Through personalized strategies, we will work on building lasting change transforming your mindset, habits, and self-worth.

In My Own Journey

In my own journey, I’ve faced the overwhelming stress and burnout that can accompany life’s challenges. But through dedication and a commitment to a balanced, healthier lifestyle, I’ve discovered how to manage these stresses without losing my sense of peace. And now, I’m here to help you do the same.

Right By your Side

I’ll be by your side every step of the way, offering encouragement, holding you accountable, and fostering a deep, trusting bond that empowers you to take meaningful steps toward a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and truly yours.

Education

I have a strong academic foundation in criminal justice and a passion for lifelong learning, I have pursued diverse educational and professional development opportunities.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in the Correctional Program Support System from the University of Phoenix, graduating magna cum laude and earning a place on the Dean’s List in 2023 and 2024. I am also a proud member of the National Honor Society.

Expanding my expertise into health and wellness, I completed the Health Coach Institute’s program, earning certifications in both health and nutrition. The institute is accredited by both the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). Additionally, I hold an Associate in Arts (A.A.) in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix, where I graduated magna cum laude and was named to the Dean’s List in both 2021 and 2022.

Committed to continuous growth, I have been accepted into a Master’s in Psychology program, which I plan to begin in the fall.

Beyond academics, I am deeply engaged in community service and advocacy. As a council member for Womenade, I help support individuals in need, and as a CASA volunteer (Court-Appointed Special Advocate), I work to ensure the voices of vulnerable children are heard and their best interests are protected.

My dedication to education, service, and mentorship fuels my mission to empower others, advocate for those in need, and contribute meaningfully to my community.
